For over 10 years, Kadair Law Firm has proudly assisted Louisiana residents to navigate through necessary legal processes, including trusts, successions, probate and estate planning.
SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING
Kadair Law Firm is a professional special needs trust administration. We can assist individuals with special needs by providing professional services, such as settlements, court appearances, motion filings, and financial and legal advice.
We believe everyone has a voice and a story to share. We strive to provide special needs trusts with the most effective and comprehensible planning options available for a worry-free future.
At Kadair Law Firm, we are well versed in all aspects of serving as a trustee. While our years of experience and client success stories speak volumes, the sense of trust we instill in each client is much more important.
The guiding force behind our role as a trustee is to meet long-term goals without sacrificing in the short-term. We work directly with a financial manager to ensure all benefits are correctly managed and monitored to meet all foreseeable needs.
Life is full of decisions; estate and end-of-life planning is an important one to consider. With your help, we can craft a sound estate plan that will address issues encountered by families left dealing with sensitive matters. We want to help you leave more than a lasting legacy; we want to help you leave the peace of mind.
Without a proper succession plan, the property will be distributed in accordance with the law. Kadair Law Firm can organize a probate and ensure the distribution process of property and assets go smoothly.
At Kadair Law Firm, we know our craft like we know our clients. It’s important that we first understand you and your needs. We don’t take a “cookie cutter” approach to what we do. We want to know you and tailor our services to you. This allows us to become familiar with your situation, establish your goals, and develop a plan to successfully meet each one.
Our practice focuses on special needs trusts and other trusts, successions, and all aspects of estate planning such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and beneficiary designation planning. A critical component of delivering upon each of these services is our ability to work with you. We will walk you through the steps, help you understand what they mean and how it applies to your situation.
At Kadair Law Firm, we’re passionate about our work and invite you to give us the opportunity to see how we put our passion to work for you.
We meet clients by appointment only at 10630 N Oak Hills Parkway Suite A, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
